We believe that healing from sexual trauma extends far beyond the immediate crisis. While emergency and crisis services play a vital role in supporting safety and stabilization, the impact of sexual trauma can continue long after the immediate crisis has passed. Survivors may experience ongoing emotional, psychological, relational, and physical impacts that require specialized, compassionate, and trauma-informed support.

Beyond Crisis was created to meet that need.

Beyond Crisis™ provides dedicated and specialized online counselling across Ontario, Canada for adolescent girls (14+), women, couples, and families whose lives have been impacted by sexual violence. We recognize that sexual trauma affects not only survivors but also the relationships, families, and support systems surrounding them.

Healing from sexual trauma is a journey that requires specialized, trauma-informed care. Our online counselling model helps reduce barriers while providing survivors and their loved ones with access to compassionate support from the comfort, privacy, and safety of their own space.

At Beyond Crisis, we recognize that survivors of sexual violence come from diverse racial, cultural, ethnic, and lived backgrounds. We are committed to providing trauma-informed, inclusive, and culturally responsive counselling that honours each person’s unique experiences, values, and identity.

We welcome and support adolescent girls (14+), women, couples, and families from all backgrounds and strive to create a safe, respectful space where every client feels heard, valued, and supported throughout their healing journey.
